The deadline for each contest is the last day of its assigned month. You must get your entry in by 6:00AM (EST) the following day (the 1st) to be considered during the voting process.For this theme, please be sure to:
1 ) Include the pairing NejiHina (whether romantic or not).
2 ) Have one (or both) wearing some form of cultural/traditional dress (ie, dressed in kimonos for a Hyuuga gathering, wearing the clothing of European monarchs, dressed up in the traditional costumes of your own culture, etc.)
3 ) There are plenty of cultures worldwide to choose from, so BE CREATIVE!
